The Five Priorities for Care of the Dying Person (Adult) Lincolnshire Guidelines

Following the withdrawal of the Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP) a national coalition of organisations called the Leadership Alliance for the Care of Dying People (LACDP, 2014) published national guidance in the ‘One Chance to get it Right’ document.
