Palliative and End of Life Care - Engagement Report 2025

Our 2025 Palliative and End of Life Care survey ran from 10 April to 30 September 2025, with promotion carried out widely across Lincolnshire through multiple communication channels and public engagement.

Understanding the experiences of people who have sadly died, and the views of those closest to them, is essential. These insights help us recognise what is working well and identify areas where care can be improved for individuals and their families.

This is the third year that NHS organisations in Lincolnshire have run this survey, enabling us to track progress over time and continually improve local palliative and end of life care services. The survey is based on the national VOICES questionnaire but adapted to ensure it reflects local needs and priorities.
