Process for ordering Green Cards

For all orders of Green Cards please send an email to the PAS in box with addresses and number of cards required to:
Lhnt.paslouthskegness@nhs.net

If you wish to copy in the Ageing Well Team at the ICB please cc' to licb.ageingwelladmin@nhs.net and one of the team will be able to assist you should there be any delays.
